1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci 2 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any cuci 2 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out herein.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use cuci 2 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia
• Never been banned or barred from using any online gambling platform previously
• Does not have an active or previously terminated cuci 2 account
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party
• Not listed as a known problem gambler or self-excluded individual

Cuci 2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is confirmed that a member registered below the required age, cuci 2 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register one cuci 2 account only. Owning or operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited. Cuci 2 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any violation will result in the termination of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your cuci 2 account username and password confidential. cuci 2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Cuci 2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved local payment methods. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and there is no maximum daily deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals from your cuci 2 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 unless your premium VIP account has a different limit.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets are processed within 30 minutes on business days
• Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take up to 2 working hours
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000
• Cuci 2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review purposes
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal is permitted

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

7Game Rules

• Completed game results are final and may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated

8User Conduct & Responsibilities

All cuci 2 members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and integrity while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without warning:

• Use of insider information or market manipulation in Sports Betting
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on cuci 2

9Account Suspension & Termination

Cuci 2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement authorities, or at cuci 2's sole discretion.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci 2 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Cuci 2 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. cuci 2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Service disruptions, system maintenance, or cyberattacks beyond cuci 2's control

Cuci 2's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
